Lets hope not! Here are a quick few things to help you out (hopefully).
Be sure to eat a good breakfast and have some healthy snacks before you even get to Thanksgiving dinner. This will help you avoid overeating all that great food - you won't arrive famished.
Sneak in a quick workout before. This will help boost your metabolism and make you less likely to want to derail from all the hard work you're doing.
Be mindful of the guilt you'll feel after gorging! I always do:)
Other than that, have a great U.S. Thanksgiving!
