"Yes, of course I love shoes. How can I not? I haven't met many women who don't. I miss the shoes I could wear before having kids. My feet grew longer (and wider!) with each pregnancy and to date, have not returned to their former size. I fear my size 7.5-8 shoes are a permanent thing of my past. RIP, old shoes. R.I.P. "I have been wearing these shoes daily for the last 3 weeks or so and I LOVE THEM!!!! "No Gym Required is certainly in a league of their own after just the initial look & feel. I personally like heavy shoes. My feet feel less stressed and for some reason i just feel better. NGR shoes weigh 1-3 pounds heavier (depending on sizes) and come with inserts you can replace the weights with to wear as regular shoes. I have yet to replace mine. I absolutely love the shoes. I feel great in mine. I instantly feel taller, slimmer, and just an all round great inner feeling. I do notice muscle movement more in my thighs, calves, and butt.

I was recently a 42 year old out of shape woman and bought my NGR shoes as a lark, not really thinking these shoes could actually help me but hoping they’d do something. It was honestly as easy as putting them on and using them to do errands. I worried about driving with the weights on but quite simply, just adjusted to it.

They are comfortable even with the weights in - it surprised me how quickly I forgot that my shoes were supposed to be "heavy". Soon, I found myself wondering why my legs and my posterior were sore. I literally wore them all day - bringing my son to his activities, going grocery shopping, walking in the park....

I am looking for a new pair of shoes soon to go jogging/running in and workout and would like some more info. The website does not answer my particular questions maybe because maybe they are TOO particular, wanted to know if you can help me out:

1) Is the one model the only men's shoe you have?

Answer: We just launched these so yes, they are the only model we have for now. They are styled like a hybrid golf/workout shoe and have a semi-studded bottom for extra traction. This is to keep them very versatile and multi-usage.

A study commissioned by the American Council on Exercise, the nonprofit body that certifies fitness professional, finds that some toning shoes have the same impact on heart rate, VO2 Max, and calories burned as regular running shoes. What do they recommend to instead to "Rev Up Your Walking Workout"? Basically carrying extra weight. Read below:

Received my NGR shoes a couple weeks ago and absolutely love them! I wear them around the house all day, even after I've worked out for the morning. I just wanted to make one comment on sizing of the shoes. I originally ordered a size 7.5, upon your recommendation, since I wear a size 7. However, upon receipt, they still felt short, with my toes touching the tip of the inside of the shoe. I returned the size 7.5, and ordered the size 8, and these fit perfectly.
